22 Sep 2026 Haven on Main Book & Game Drive Sep 22, 2026 - Oct 20, 2026 We toured Haven on Main and now we'd like to help them out! They are setting up a great inclusive community, which includes a game room and library. To help them out, we are doing a Book & Game Drive to provide them with a starting inventory. To particpate in this event, just bring new or gently used games and books to our last meeting in September or either of the meetings in October. The service committee will collect the donations and arrange to get them to Haven on Main.

DG Scott is a Holmen Rotarian and will be serving District 6250 during the 2026-2027 year! He will share his vision and leadership for the upcoming year. This is a great meeting to learn more about what happens at the district level with committees and ways to get involved. 25 Sep 2026 Oktoberfest Bartending!! Sep 25, 2026 7:30 PM - Sep 26, 2026 It's time to spread some Gemütlichkeit! Join us for our volunteer shift bartending at Oktoberfest! Our shift this year is 730pm - midnight, on Friday, September 25th. Unlike previous years, we won't be in the main beer tent. Instead, we will be having fun serving in Das Bier Haus, the large open bar near the food trucks. This means we'll be able to hear our customer's orders! If you've never done this service event, it's a fun time, taking drink orders, grabbing cans of beer and other drinks and pouring tap beer. So wear comfortable shoes, and, if able, a Rotary shirt or something festive for Oktoberfest. This is not a family friendly event and all volunteers must be 21 years of age or older. This service event is a great time and a way for our club to earn money for our projects. They want us to have 30 volunteers for this shift. We get paid by the hour for each person who volunteers and we get to keep all tips during our shift. Arrival is 7:30 at the volunteer shed to the north of the front entrance and ticket windows. After we all get checked in, they will do a short training with us, then we will head to Das Bier Haus to relieve the volunteers on the shift before us. 24 Oct 2026 Rotary World's Largest Polio Walk Oct 24, 2026 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM Join us to spread awareness and support with the World's Largest Polio Walk held on Saturday, October 24th at 10:00am Our (9) local La Crosse Area clubs will come together for a brief quick, fun and easy fall walk on Saturday, October 24th at 10am– along with others in Zone 25b/29! The walk will be held at Myrick Park trails (1.17 miles) and starts at the Myrick Gun Shelter. We will have drinks for donations, raffle baskets, 50/50 raffle and more! Following the walk, we will head to the Rookery for more drinks, lunch, and fun! $20.00 secures your registration and includes a t-shirt. Sponsorship options of $100 are welcome and can be submitted thru the link below. All proceeds will be donated to Polio Plus from our La Crosse Area Rotary Clubs following the event. We can help eradicate polio- join us! The effort will unite more than 36,600 Rotarians and more than 960 Rotaractors across 11 states and 2 countries in a powerful demonstration of Rotary’s commitment to a polio-free world. Imagine thousands of Rotarians, families, friends, and community partners walking together across 23 districts to raise awareness and funds to help end polio for good. Thanks for your help! Join us for a special evening celebrating the Coulee Region Rotary Youth Exchange Students from Germany, Taiwan, Japan, and Argentina!
