3:00 p.m. — Packet Pick-Up
Packet pick-up begins inside The Nature Place in Myrick Park. Preregistered runners and same-day registrants can check in and collect their race bibs. Arrive early to snap a photo with Santa, Buddy the Elf, and The Grinch, and stay cozy indoors before the race begins.

4:00 p.m. — Gather at the Start Line
Racers begin assembling at the start line outside The Nature Place in Myrick Park.

4:15 p.m. — Race Start
Santa officially starts the race! Enjoy a festive run through the marsh, finishing beneath a magical tunnel of lights in Riverside Park. After crossing the finish line, warm up in the heated tent and enjoy a complimentary cup of hot chocolate before the awards ceremony.

5:15 p.m. — Awards Ceremony
Celebrate the winners!

  • Overall 1st Place (Male & Female): Trophy

  • Age Category Awards: Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each division:
    Under 10, 11–15, 16–20, 21–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, and 60+

  • Ugly Sweater Contest: The racer with the best (or worst!) ugly sweater will take home a special trophy—so get creative and have fun!

Shuttle Service:
Complimentary shuttles will run between Riverside Park and Myrick Park from 3:00 to 6:45 p.m., transporting runners and spectators back and forth throughout the event.
