Rotary After Hours Mini Masters 2019

Join us for our annual Mini Masters 2019 mini-golf fundraiser

with all proceeds going towards our Youth Exchange Program!

Thursday, Sept 19th from 5:00-9:00 pm

Teams of 4 can register together. There are two time slots- 6 pm and 7:15 pm. 

Please indicate your t-shirt size for each team member.

Registration fee is $100 per team of 4-- includes registration fee, custom t-shirt, beverages and fun!

Team Captain: Please remember to list 4 tshirt sizes and the

time you wish to golf- either 6 pm or 7:15 pm on the registration page in the comments section.

5:00 Gates Open

5:15 Registration for 6 pm golfers

5:45 Go to Holes with Team

6:00 Round 1Golfers Start

6:30 Registration for 7:15 Round 2 golfers

7:00 Go to Holes with Team

7:15 Round 1 golfers end and Round 2 Golfers Start

8:15 Raffles End

8:45 Raffle and Winners Announced

9:00 End of Event

There will be food for purchase and music provided by Tom Conrad.

Teams are welcome to come earlier to eat, donate to raffle items and socialize.

Please be there for your designated registration time.

Teams have 1 hour 15 minutes to complete the 18 rounds.

Two options for sponsorship- $75 Tee Box Sponsor or $250 Hole-in-One Sponsor levels.
