Dear Friends,
Thank you for being a large part of 'Creating Hope in the World.'
Personally, for myself, this has been an amazing year where I have learned so much about many of you. In the same way, I have also learned a great deal about myself. I have learned so much due to stepping into the role as President while learning the in's and out's of how Rotary runs, but also about working with a wide variety of people and my growing edges. You all bring something unique and special to the table as we serve and create change with our boots on the ground. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
It was also a pleasure having fun (the 5th part of the 4 Way Test) in a variety of ways with such incredible volunteers in service, but also in fellowship. Fellowship is actually the theme for June. Fellowship is being in community, living out community, and also the community holding common goals. RAH holds serious common goals and we live them out through the many actions that take place each year. Through our volunteering and our fellowship, we make those special connections that keep RAH moving forward and growing. Friends, we continue our connections in all that we do, in all those we serve, and all those we network with. As we move into the following year, let us continue to do so to the best of our abilities. In addition, these personal connections are how we continue creating hope in the world and how we focus on positive emotional and mental health.
It has been a pleasure serving alongside all of you and I look forward to my next role in RAH. In closing, there is much that I am pleased with and proud of in what we accomplished together over this past Rotary year and you have all truly touched my heart. Let us look back this month and reflect on all that we have accomplished and all those that have been positively impacted through RAH's great ministry. I thank you for all that you do and I feel privileged to know you all and volunteer beside you.
Once again, blessings to you all,
Phil
