1. Paul Harris Fellow/Foundation Match Opportunity - 2 minute status update
2. Shark Tank 2025: Planning for Shark Tank is approaching fast, scheduled for Feb 25th. We have work to do to educate and motivate RAHtarians to seek out projects.
- Review rules and revise as needed
Questions to ponder/Ideas to come with:
- How do we motivate members to find/pitch projects?
- How do we help members be successful? What barriers have we encountered in the past that we can help to break down?
- What does a fun Shark Tank event look like/feel like? What key people are needed?
We’ve learned a lot each year, and we’re eager to make 2025 the best one yet. Let’s get started! If you are unable to make the meeting and have any ideas/suggestions for the above, please email them to Marissa (marissadickinson@gmail.com) by EOD Tuesday 1/7.
